This website stores as little as possible on your device: one preference cookie and a few items kept for the current visit. None of them is used for analytics or advertising.
What we store on your device
Only the following items are used. They are strictly necessary for the site to work as you expect, or they remember a choice you made:
- lang (first-party cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose (Albanian, Italian or English).
- diamanti-loader (sessionStorage, this visit): remembers that the opening animation has already been shown, so it does not play again.
- diamanti-chat (sessionStorage, until you close the tab or press “Clear chat”): keeps your conversation with Diamanti AI.
- diamanti-form-draft (sessionStorage, until you close the tab or send the form): keeps the text you typed in the form so it is not lost; photos are never stored.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media pixels, or any third-party cookies. Fonts, photos and videos are served from our own website, and the map is a static image, so no Google Maps cookies are set.
Links to Instagram, Google or WhatsApp take you to those services, which may use their own cookies under their own policies.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because we only use storage that is necessary for the site or that remembers a choice you made, we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we will first ask for your consent through a banner and update this policy.
How to control or delete them
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. The website keeps working; it will simply forget your language choice. Closing the tab removes everything kept in sessionStorage.
